Fitness Fair
Instructors and Students from the Mt. Lebanon, Oom Yung Doe school participated in a local Health and Fitness Fair at Lincoln Elementary School. It was open to friends and family of all the elementary school students. There were a number of different activities for them to do in addition to seeing a Traditional Moo Doe Demonstration and participating in a lesson.
