- Chi Conditioning Programs
What is Chi?
Chi denotes both the essential substances of the human body that maintain its vital activities, as well as physiological functions of the human body. The movement and changes of chi sustain all vital activities of the human mind and body. Stress in daily activities, such as work, school, and chores, can decrease chi and lead to an unbalanced condition and a poor quality of life. Blockages in chi flow can manifest in poor health, insomnia, and listlessness. In addition, one may experience lack of confidence, focus, enthusiasm and productivity, among other negative side effects and symptoms that many experience on a daily basis. When chi is strengthened and flows in a balanced way it creates an immediate positive cycle. Balanced chi leads to increased strength, increased strength leads to increased oxygen, increased oxygen leads to better circulation, and better circulation opens the channels (meridians) of the mind and body. Balanced meridians lead to a balanced level of chi. This positive cycle brings quality nutrition and circulation to organs, muscles and joints, thereby promoting ultimate health, happiness, youthfulness and longevity. Once the level of chi is increased and balanced the difference is noticed immediately. By increasing chi and harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit one gains the ability to promote their well-being and general activities of daily living become easier to accomplish. Through Traditional Moo Doe secret techniques and movements you will be able to release blocked energy and create a clear pathway for chi to flow optimally throughout your entire body enabling you to have the most optimal condition.

- The Infinity Series™ Championship Courses
General Information
(5 Month Private Coaching Program)
The Infinity Series™ Championship Course is a personalized coaching program that incorporates foundation level adjustments, which are tailored to the individual’s needs. Foundation movements enable a deeper understanding and absorption of the movements in order to quickly improve your condition, skill, and ability as well as provide accelerated training in preparation for the TMA Championships
Through the Championship Courses the student can fully absorb the movement resulting in incredible mental and physical benefits; achieving a gold medal can only be accomplished through fully absorbing the movements
Every individual’s skill and ability level, overall body condition, learning ability, and determination vary; thus, the Championship Course program is tailored to the individual. The student’s strong and weak points are identified and the focus typically begins with the individual’s weakest points first. In a typical order of development, the practitioner first builds a proper foundation of strength, accuracy, timing, and control of the outer extremities, then, the focus is on the proper development (flexibility, position, control, timing etc.) of the upper, middle, or lower sections of the body. The final development is bringing the mind, body, and movement all together as one – connecting the inner core of strength to the outer extremities
The Championship Courses include;
- A profile and video evaluation by the ILT Team to evaluate their abilities and give the instructor direction on what areas the student needs to focus on
- 2 review lessons with foundation level adjustments by the ILT team
- Instructors continue follow up with the student after the ILT team lesson
- 5 months of supervision by their instructor
- The instructor begins to tutor the student with a wide variety of practice techniques
- Foundation movements are also known to address a myriad of issues (i.e. to correct a disk issue which inhibits the development process)
- The student will learn the intricacies that lead to the fullest strength, skill and ability and fullest physical and mental benefits of the movement.
- In addition to the practitioner’s skill and ability increasing, their condition will change immeasurably and very quickly with each step of this program. They will usually notice a significant difference within the first week. This allows balanced development in all parts of the body.
*1 to 3 Championship courses are typically needed (per Dan Hyung) for the average individual to contend for a Gold Medal
3 Levels
Level 1
Outer Extremities – Proper Positioning and Techniques
(10 to 11 foundation level adjustments primarily focusing on the extremities) Each Level 1 Foundation Adjustment is $200 -- Total Value: $2200
- The primary focus is on the outer extremities
- Exact positions of the hands, feet, arms, and legs
- The proper offensive and defensive strengths are built from the proper position, timing, and control of the hands and feet
- Teaches the brain where to focus
Level 2
Upper, Middle, Lower – Proper Application
(10 to 11 foundation level adjustments primarily focusing on the upper, middle, or lower sections of the body) Each Level 2 Foundation Adjustment is $250 – Total Value: $2750
- The primary focus is on the section of the body – upper, middle, lower – that needs the most adjustment.
- This develops the proper balance of strength, flexibility, timing, control, and position of a particular ‘section’ that is inhibiting the proper execution of the movement
Level 3
Key Foundation – Mind, Body, and Movement Quickly Come Together as One
(10-11 Key foundation level adjustments focusing on bringing the mind, body, and movement together as one) Each Level 3 Foundation Adjustment is $350 – Total Value: $3850
- Brings the inner core, the 3 sections of the body, and the outer extremities together for the deepest internal benefit and the strongest offense and defense from the movement
- Proper mental focus on the entire body for the maximum strength and efficiency of the movement: the mind knows what the body is doing, both come together as one with movement
